We look for the best of the best and then purchase directly from the estate while the beans are still in the green bean stage. We roast it to order just before we ship, and package it while it is still hot using heavy foil, flavor-seal bags. This coffee is truly a superlative gourmet coffee with a taste and an aroma that will delight your senses.

We offer our Extra Fancy grade coffee in a "Dark Roast" and a "Medium Roast."

If you are unsure about the roast... don't worry, our coffee is so rich it will brew well in any style of coffee maker.

Kona coffee farmers work hard all year to produce a coffee that is famous throughout the world. Our coffee is hand cultivated and hand harvested. From late August through January, there is a singular focused on picking the ripe red coffee cherry, processing the cherry into coffee beans, and preparing the processed beans for sale or storage. This hands-on, attention to detail with out the use of harvesting or cultivating machinery; or the the use of chemical fertilizers or herbicides helps make our Kona one of the finest coffees in the world.
